We are committed to planning and executing all operations in a manner that safeguards the health, welfare and safety of our employees, supply chain partners, clients and the general public. Across all levels of our business we treat safety with the highest priority.

Central to a safe workplace is safety training. We work hard to ensure a comprehensive safety training programme is in place, so that all employees are appropriately trained and competent for the role in which they are employed. All our employees can demonstrate health and safety awareness and attend formal training courses. All Precision Group staff possess relevant health and safety cards including CSR, CSCS and SafePass.

As a responsible business and employer, the Precision Group fosters local enterprise, supports local communities, provides education support for young people, and strives to protect the environment.

We believe in working closely with communities and business organisations to actively support local enterprise. We have well established links with local authorities, job centres, recruitment agencies and suppliers in many of our areas of operation and have a track record of working closely with stakeholders to ensure we can offer jobs locally.

Through careful planning and continual investment in innovation, we ensure all possible opportunities are taken to minimise waste and operate in an environmentally sustainable manner. All employees within the group are encouraged to reduce, reuse and recycle waste.We also support our clients to reduce their waste output and carbon emissions.

We use many of our projects to initiate and support educational initiatives for students, apprentices and the socially disadvantaged, to provide a positive contribution to the local communities within which we work.
